Golden Shipyard was founded by a team of sale & purchase brokers and former shipyard project managers. Over the last fifteen years we have represented owners, operators and investors in more than 420 vessel transactions — from mini bulkers to Kamsarmax bulk carriers, from harbour tugs to 12,000 m³ trailing suction hopper dredgers.
Our headquarters is in Taizhou, one of China's leading shipbuilding regions, with our own affiliated newbuilding base and frame agreements with a further 18 IACS-approved yards. From this base we serve owners in 60+ countries across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America and Africa.
Every vessel we represent is independently surveyed before we put our name on it.

Unlike pure-play brokers, Golden Shipyard is backed by an affiliated shipbuilding base in Taizhou with an experienced in-house workforce — so our newbuilding, refit and conversion work is executed under direct operational control, not sub-contracted out.
Across the base and our framework yards we cover general cargo vessels, bulk carriers, container feeders, tugboats, deck barges and specialised workboats, with more than fifty vessel types delivered to owners in 31 export markets.
